Appointments:  To schedule an appointment, please call 617-277-0800. We participate in Medicare as well as most managed care plans.

Copays and Cosmetic Procedures:  Copays and payment for cosmetic services are due at the time of service. We are happy to accept cash, a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover), and a personal check.

Referrals:  If you require a referral from your primary care provider, we need to have the referral in place before your visit. When you call your primary care provider, please inform them of the date and time of your appointment. Please check with them 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to be sure the referral was sent. If we have not received a referral prior to your visit, you will be asked to sign a waiver indicating that you will be responsible for payment for the visit if the referral is not ultimately received.

Cancellations:  We make every effort not to overbook our patients. No shows prevent other patients from getting timely appointments. Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a $40 cancellation fee for regular visits and an $80 cancellation fee for surgical and cosmetic visits. We are here to make your visit a pleasant one!
